- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY -

100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Full Refund till 30th June 2024
• 75% Refund till 31st August 2024
• 50% refund till 30th September 2024
• No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after 01st October 2024.

All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

- TERMS AND CONDITION -

• All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
• Registration for the conference is compulsory to register in workshop.
• Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
• Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
• Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not.
